Remove bitnami logo in wordpress site using linux command from putty keygen

If you have ever installed WordPress inside AWS EC2 instance, you might have noticed that bitnami logo is displayed on lower right corner of desktop and mobile versions of websites. If you want to remove that, bitnami itself has given method. I have practised it on two WordPress installations, and it works. But there is no ready to type command in their official page. So I am posting it ready made here. Eat up when you are hungry !

Command is given below :

sudo /opt/bitnami/apps/wordpress/bnconfig –disable_banner 1

(there is two times dash – preceding disable word above )

First, you have to login to ubuntu shell by typing default user as “ubuntu”.

Then Copy above command and execute. Bingo ! the bitnami banner is removed. You can check by refreshing same page where logo was displayed earlier.
