If you want to prepare automated setup to create links to upload in your website or blog, here is a brief convenient steps. This is specially useful for webmasters, bloggers, and those who are wordpress users.

1. organize your folder and names offline in a manner ready to be served from file server
2. Enlist names of files.  Right click on folder having pressed shift key in windows, and click “copy as path”
3. paste in your google sheets template on google drive
4. then copy path of your directory from server, wherever you wish to keep files. Preferably you should use filezilla and copy files by synchronization
5. use “concatenate ” function of excel, to club filename and file path into single cell, this will make full path ready to create hyperlink to filename
6. then use “hyperlink” function, and convert file’s full path generated earlier, and prepare file name with hyperlink to path
7. WOW, you have ready-made list of files to paste in your web/blog/anywhere on internet. Sample tested by me can be found under resources section of this website.
