If the file is shared from external user, it can&#8217;t be moved inside G suite team drive folder.<\/li>\n<li>Any file within team drive folder is by default shared within members of G suite only. So it can&#8217;t be shared with external drive members, but it can be shared with different G suite team drive members.<\/li>\n<li>Files in desktop clients are normally available offline only in Backup sync utility, and not in Drive file stream utility.
